A black woman was told by Ulta Beauty employee " I DON'T HAVE ANYONE THAT DO YOU PEOPLE MAKEUP"! Then was ask COULD I AFFORD MAKEUP IN ULTA BEAUTY? So was she saying Ulta Beauty for white people & Black people can't afford to shop
