Tom Coburn - Why does everyone act like there are no other aspects of the filibuster than the 60 vote rule ? There seems to be a "pocket filibuster" in which a single senator can stop a bill. EG The Clay Hunt Vet. Suicide Bill filibustered by Tom Coburn (Dr. No) that allowed 1500 vet deaths.
