hi @AmericanAir you cancelled 2 of my flights and i had to drive 7 hours to my event. Giving me a refund should be automatic but I have had to fight for it for an ongoing 5 days. you should give me $1000 dollars in cash or i will sue you in the public court of twitter. i hate u
