Govt of India banned deploying Chinese telecom in India; lack of Critical Trust Factor. ZTE offers to for a JV (Joint Venture) and TOT (Transfer of Technology) to an Indian company to circumvent this ban. Will it work? Hope the Govt won't allow the dubious Chinese to enter 5G.
