Sonic The Hedgehog Movie - Honestly, I think we need Jim Carrey as Eggman for Sonic 3. But you could make a bunch of adaptations without Eggman like Sonic Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog, Sonic '06 and Lost World and still make it work. Sonic Colours as a movie would still need Eggman though.
