Sonic The Hedgehog Movie - The first time I ever read fanfiction as a kid, it was a random Sonic the Hedgehog story where every character died or got maimed in really grim ways and the one that sticks in my mind is Tails getting paralyzed by a wooden beam falling on him. That should be in the third movie.
