second workout today I’m gonna do this every leg/bicep day from now on: Morning session: legs Evening session: biceps/shoulders, etc. I know I normally don’t get enough bicep stimulus during the week so this should help bring up my weekly total sets. Usually don’t do 2x/day https://t.co/6Azc1Frcsl
