San Francisco - Last time I was in San Francisco, which was decades ago, I hated it, and said, metaphorically, that is was a POS city. Now that the laws there say homeless and other people can sh*t on the sidewalks w/ no arrest or any other ramifications, SF has literally become a POS city.
