Powerball Winners - Now that the Powerball jackpot is over $1 billion, I think the expected value of a $2 ticket is now slightly over $2, after taxes, assuming one takes the lump sum payout. But this also assumes no split winners. I'll probably still buy a $2 ticket anyways!
