Powerball Winners - So if I'm like... rich rich and the odds of winning powerball are 1 in 292.5 million, couldn't I just buy that many tickets when the jackpot gets big and not only guarantee the jackpot, but increase my returns with smaller winners as well? Just a Sunday morning thought.
