Outside The Wire - so, a tech was out doing a fiber install for one of our neighbors in the condo, and apparently pinched a wire and we lost internet. if wife hadnt noticed a tech was outside, it would have taken 2-3 WEEKS for them to get a tech out to fix the issue.
