Outside The Wire - My father was with the 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines, in Vietnam. He lost his leg, on a reconnaissance patrol, outside the wire, during the siege of Khe Sahn. On his 2nd tour, 2 months from coming home. 3 of his Marines weren't accounted for. He never let it go. Heartbreaking.
