Outside The Wire - Oh FFS. There's no 3-wire in my apartment that you can reach, to hook the light strobes into the fire alert system. When he tested, nothing happened. I read the directions (no one else did before working), & now they're having a confab outside. I just want to be safe. #NEISvoid
