A bad thing happened today, truly grateful for help. Up & over doors got stuck open, snowing outside. Asked a couple of local people for help. One person came round & in 5 mins untangled the snagged wire rope. So kind. Gave them cupcakes. A 2nd person came round. #HeartWarming https://t.co/ZWRI5rzwtQ
