Outside The Wire - In my early teens, I strung a copper wire outside my bedroom window, trying to hear shortwave transmissions from around the world on my Grundig. Nowadays, if there's any shortwave at all, it's weird religious programming. But Radio Garden gives a similar feeling of discovery.
