Outside The Wire - Hot water heater - 0 Plumber - 0 Electrician - not yet Hubby - 1 Tied speaker wire from the outside faucet to the grounding wire, and viola, no more electricity running through the hot water. Electrician still coming to troubleshoot just in case.
