Outside The Wire - I don't think THE WIRE is as good as THE SOPRANOS. I think season 1 is good, season 3 is great, season 4 is pretty good, but outside of a few episodes (like the season 3 finale) I honestly don't feel like a lot of individual episodes stand out in the way they do with SOPRANOS.
