For optimum health .forget diets ...there just an impossible fad .and only making money for others . Use this . Start slowly ..do 12 hours fast daily. Increasing to 16 hours . Trick is timing .. Don't eat anything in-between the hours of ..let's say .last meal .at 6pm .
