I'm in shock!! @OptimumHelp @optimum Long Island has the NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR A service call of $80 to change my Cable box!!!! Been a customer for over 20 years. Time to switch to @verizonfios @VerizonSupport They didn't care I was switching HAHA! Horrible!
