.@Optimum cheats #SeniorCitizens in #NewYork by offering them free or lowcost #Internet but blocking them from accessing the offer. We tried repeatedly with several different senior citizens and we were blocked. Dishonest business. @NewYorkStateAG @AARP @AARPAdvocates
