Optimum - Been without internet for 3 days, and called @optimum like a dozen times for them to tell us it's an outage (they took 3 days to fix) and it took another call to beg them to do something about their lack of service. Bingo, we got $13 back! Isn't it amazing? (this is sarcasm btw)
