We often see people adding fatty fish or supplements to increase omega-3. But what is an optimum level? We only need small amounts of O3 & O6. Maybe it’s better to lower both rather than try to outpace O6 with O3. In a carnivore context, do I need more or less O3 I wonder? https://t.co/I5bCn8Qh4e
