Optimum - 5. Closed account is found and I’m sent a refund for that amount on a card instead of applying it toward my current bill. Balance goes down from $237.33 to $170.28. Optimum tells me new monthly bills will be $161.95 before taxes but this month only it will be more. Great, right?
