Hey, Chicago PD star narrates Loop street race telecast opening. Seems appropriate. In future when Chicago needs rain call NASCAR. What a bust. That amount of rain would be a bust at any venue. Too bad for all involved. Wonder how long NASCAR is allowed to keep streets closed?
