One of the best overall workouts out there is The Murph. I do a version of it every Saturday. The full version in a weighted vest consist of: Run 1 mile 100 pull-ups (20x5) 200 push-ups (20x10) 300 air squats (20x15) Run 1 mile Try it out for your next total body workout!
