Minneapolis 3rd Precinct - If the city of Minneapolis randomly handed out the $12 million (you know they are going over that #) in wads of cash, handed out the cost to rebuild the MPD 3rd precinct, I think that lottery would make people more safe in the 3rd than a new fancy police castle.
