I’ve found The Mistress a struggle to get through. I like Carla Lane’s previous shows Butterflies and The Liver Birds, but this isn’t doing it for me. If it weren’t for Felicity Kendal, Jane Asher and Jenny McCracken I wouldn’t bother with it. #BBCFOUR
