RE: a 20 year old beef: all you need to know about Jay-Z v Nas is that Jay hasn’t put out an album since 2017 & Nas has released 5 very good to great albums in that span. Jay was about the money but was also a dope MC; Nas was a dope MC & the money came to him via authenticity.
