Green Book - It's good move to have Rafale program on the newest Green Book. With proposed US$2.9 billion foreign loan, it's not enough to procure 36 Rafale. Maybe only 10-12. If the first six of Rafale contract effective, follow by another 10-12, Indonesia will only operate 16-18 Rafale.
