Bugger. Friday night felt great, Saturday Sunday crappo. This morning, good but after going out across the road for a coffee I'm back laying down with my foot screaming. I genuinely want all sensation gone from the lump of useless bone & flesh. Doesn't do anything but hurt. Grrr
