Gdp - Is there room for fiscal stimulus when India fiscal deficit on-paper is around 3.5% of GDP carrying risk of lower denominator impact (and something much higher on reality)? Will not fiscal stimulus be counter productive to monetary stimulus, making @RBI rate cuts ineffective?
