Gabriel Fernandez - I don’t care what anybody says. As a social worker you are a MANDATED REPORTER. This entire system failed Gabriel Fernandez including those social workers !! They should be in jail too!! You are a mandated reporter that is your duty to protect children and they did NOTHING.
