Fireworks - 1) someone set off fireworks so the dog is now in my bed & scared 2) still dealing with a lot of anxiety bullshit this summer & dealing with it only by avoidance and, magically, it is NOT getting better!! 3) as I approach what I think is the end of ff16 it’s gonna wreck me
