3 Houston cops in stable condition after being shot near McGowen & Hutchins st. by a car hijacker in a gray Dodge Charger crashing near the intersection & then opening fire at cops after a car chase & pursuit. (What's odd is the first report said shooter fled in a white Mercedes)
