Notorious BIG is borderline top 5 to me. As disrespectful as it sounds, he didn’t long enough to have a catalog like Pac, Jay, Nas He doesn’t even have the catalog Kendrick Lamar has.. and has about as many classics as J Cole, Eminem, Ice Cube, Rakim & LL. That rounds out my 10
