Who decides the college football rankings? @OhioStateFB loses to a ranked @oregonfootball and drops like 9 spots. @AlabamaFTBL loses to a unranked @AggieFootball and drops 4 spots. Someone clear this up for me. Is it an @SEC thing or something else?
