The Orioles announce they’ve claimed right-hander Anthony Castro from the Cleveland Guardians and have optioned him to Triple-A Norfolk. To make room on the 40-man, they designate right-hander Phoenix Sanders for assignment. Also, Richie Martin clears waivers
