Bill Withers - #304. Bill Withers - Just as I Am (1971). Don't know what it is about Bill, but his brand of funk is much more infectious compared to others of his era. And this is his debut! Also infuses elements of folk. Starts off hella strong, trails off towards the end a bit. 4 stars.
