Belarus - Surprised to hear @lindayueh on @IainDale saying "European bank guarantees are less than UK". According to ECB they are 100,000€ per account, thats pretty much the same as UK (£85,000). Of course Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Iceland have lower guarantees.
