Aldon Smith - One “issue” with Vic Fangio, although fixable, was that he likes to have his defensive ends play standing up (i.e Aldon Smith). You don’t tell the eventual reigning DPOY Nick Bosa to change how he plays. Could’ve been a small factor in the decision of Fangio/49ers.
