"Dogecoin has some inflationary dynamics itself that would make me reluctant to hold it," Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said, according to CNBC.

On the previous day, Bitcoin dropped further below $60,000 to its lowest level in about three weeks amid a broader decline in cryptocurrencies as concerns about US taxation and China’s continued crackdown swirled.

The global crypto market cap declined about 3 per cent to $2.57 trillion mark compared to the last day. However, the total crypto market volume zoomed about 24 per cent to $143.10 billion.
