Spencer Davis, bandleader of The Spencer Davis Group who produced the hits "Keep On Running" and "Gimme Some Lovin'," has died at the age of 81.

Bryant donated it to the National Museum of African American History and Culture in 2017.

After the Spencer Davis Group disbanded in 1969, Davis launched a brief solo career, moving to California, before he later became a record executive.
