For the first time in the history of the long-running competition show "Survivor," a contestant was pulled from the series over an issue of conduct.

Dan Spilo was sent home from "Survivor" during Wednesday night's episode. He was accused by Kellee Kim of inappropriate touching earlier in the season.

Former "Survivor" competitor Kellee Kim is relieved her male co-star, Dan Spilo, was booted from the show after she and others alleged he inappropriately touched female contestants. But now she's putting the CBS network on blast for not taking action sooner.

The contestant, Dan Spilo, had been warned about his behavior. He was removed after an unspecified off-camera incident.

On Wednesday's episode, host Jeff Probst told the castaways that Dan Spilo was "gone."

Wednesday, player Kellee Kim vocalized her discomfort with fellow contestant Dan Spilo. She described the talent agent as "extremely inappropriate."
