Ubisoft’s new shooter, XDefiant, loses the Tom Clancy in its name - Polygon

XDefiant, the upcoming shooter originally called “Tom Clancy’s XDefiant,” has lost the author’s name. Ubisoft announced it will incorporate non-Clancy factions as well as Clancy ones in the final game, hence the change.
