Uber acquires meal delivery service Postmates for $2.65 billion
5:29am PDT - July 6th, 2020 postmates - The VergeUber has made a deal to acquire Postmates to bolster its Uber Eats delivery business. They expect the $2.65 billion deal to close in Q1 2021.
