Half-brother of man found hanged dies in a deputy-involved shooting

The half-brother of Robert Fuller, the 24-year-old black man who was found dead hanging in the city of Palmdale last week, was killed in a deputy-involved shooting in Kern County on Wednesday, according to Fuller's family attorney.
