Genshin Impact fans took to Twitter to voice criticisms of miHoYo’s game using the #boycottgenshinimpact hashtag on Twitter. A video of a miHoYo developer using an Indigenous dancer as a reference to animate a Hilichurl resurfaced, and sparked controversy.
