Fortnite patch 9.30: Chug Splash details and the end of the shotgun delay

Epic Games released the notes for Fortnite patch 9.30 and there’s a new item called Chug Splash. The patch also removes the delay on Shotgun swapping, but nerfs the Combat Shotgun’s damage over long ranges.
