Sweden's Peder Fredricson, Malin Baryard-Johnsson and Henrik von Eckermann won team show jumping Olympic gold after a thrilling jump-off on Saturday which left the U.S. team, including singer Bruce Springsteen's daughter Jessica, with silver.
