2:24pm PDT - March 16th, 2021 elliot page - CBS NewsActor Elliot Page has become the first transgender man to appear on the cover of Time magazine. The "Juno" star announced in December he's transgender and identifies as nonbinary. CBS Los Angeles' Chris Holmstrom has more.
